He is an executive leader who forged a growth and marketing strategy in a successful, multi-million-dollar Business Analytics and Data Management practice in Ottawa. Mr. Richard is a respected subject matter expert in the areas of enterprise IM/IT enablement within various technologies and has developed corporate data and analytics strategies for a wide range of organizations and companies, from family-owned businesses to multi-national companies both in public and private sectors.

He is a trusted Board Member who spearheaded the development of policies, strategies and charters for Ottawa-based Chapters of The Data Warehouse Institute (TDWI), Data Management (DAMA) International and America’s SAP User Group (ASUG).
